Damian, Hope you had a good weeks vacation. Just a quick email to thank you and your staff for all the help and advice which you all provided over the last three weeks. Having searched the internet for a few months before arriving it was great that we were able to decide on a property soon after arriving which gave us time to relax and see more of the area. We purchased the property in December 2013 with a view to moving in on July 2014, during this period Marc and his team have completely renovated two walk-in shower rooms, installed a patio area, have installed all the light fittings, polished the marble floors, not to mention the numerous other emergency jobs that have cropped up during our resettlement from Dubai. We purchased our apartment at Costa Galera Country Club in August 2013 and Platinum Home Services were recommended to us by the agents to undertake repairs and refurbishment - including repair of water damage, fit new bathrooms, and restore all services. We first met Marc Wilson in October and quickly developed a rapport. Just come back from our holidays and would like to say what a lovely apartment this is. It was on the fourth floor with three lots of patio doors in the lounge and fabulous sea views. It was spacious and there was ample room for 4 adults and two kids aged 11 and 14. The L shaped balcony was a real bonus with loads of seating and a big table. We would definitely book this apartment again.
